ReplyDeleteI just put this as my screen saver... then I saw the post right below it and I cracked up laughing! I hope that's ok... that I laughed.
I don't know what inspired these two posts, but I saved this post as my screen saver to remind me to stop and think before I blurt out things without thinking... and then I see your other post "boldness pays off, I'm glad I said something" which I instantly confused with blurting out thoughts without careful consideration first!
Anyway, both of your sentiments are of great value... I just need to remember that careful thought is the difference between my blurting out the first thing that comes to my mind... and thinking thru what I really want to convey boldly.
All this to say, I love your work. Thanks for letting me think out loud on your blog, and thanks for always challenging me to do so, whether you know it or not.
